How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance, especially for weddings during the May-October season. For last-minute events, contact us anyway: we will do our best to accommodate you.
Is a driver included in the price?
Certainly. Our standard service includes rental with a professional driver (NCC) to ensure maximum punctuality and knowledge of Roman routes. Our 2-seater vintage spiders are an exception, designed for the couple to drive themselves. If you are not familiar with Rome's traffic, we offer the exclusive "Vespa Follow-Me" service: one of our drivers will lead the way on a scooter, so you just have to enjoy the drive and follow him. Our drivers are authentic Romans, local experts, and masters of style.
What happens in case of rain?
No worries: the charm of Rome in the rain is unique and we are prepared. All our convertible cars are equipped with original, perfectly functional, and waterproof tops. The service takes place regularly ensuring maximum comfort; additionally, we provide the couple with our courtesy umbrellas to ensure elegant and dry movements at all times.
Do your cars have air conditioning?
The authentic charm of vintage cars rarely includes modern climate control, but for those who don't want to give up the cool, we offer iconic models equipped with air conditioning, such as the black Jaguar XJ8, the Volkswagen New Beetle convertible, or the red Alfa Romeo Spider. For all other classic cars, we provide elegant coordinated fans to refresh your travels with style during the hottest days.
What areas do you cover?
We mainly operate in Rome and Lazio (Castelli Romani, coast, Tuscia). We are also available for trips to other regions with a small surcharge. Contact us for a personalized quote.
Can I decorate the car?
Of course! We accept floral decorations, ribbons, and bows. We only ask to avoid stickers, confetti, and materials that could damage the bodywork. We can also recommend partner florists for perfect arrangements.
How long is the rental?
The standard package for a classic wedding covers about 4 or 5 hours of service, including the transfer from the bride's residence, the ceremony, the photo shoot, and arrival at the reception. For different needs, such as fashion shoots, tourist tours, or corporate events, we offer customized solutions in half-day or full-day formulas.
What payment methods do you accept?
We guarantee maximum flexibility: we accept bank transfer, PayPal, or cash. To confirm the date, a small security deposit is required. The balance can be paid conveniently via bank transfer in the days preceding the event or directly in cash to the driver on the wedding day.
Do you speak English? Are you used to international clients?
Yes. Andrea Pescetelli speaks fluent English, and Italian Vintage Garage works regularly with couples from the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States and Canada, as well as with international wedding planners and incoming agencies. We handle the entire arrangement remotely by email or WhatsApp, from the first quote to the day of your event.
