Dream cars for your special days

Tired of the usual and already seen Roll Royce? Would you rather appear without being flashy? Is the road to your house too narrow for the limousine? At Italian Vintage Garage you will find original cars and sure to charm.

Throughout Rome and surroundings our cars will accompany you wherever you wish, with a professional driver at your complete disposal, to make your arrival an unforgettable moment.

The nice Fiat 500 Cabrio of 1964, the more spacious Fiat 1100H luxury of 1960, the funny Ape Calessino or the timeless Volkswagen T1 minibuses of 1974 available in red, green and blue, will be the cars at your disposal for the most beautiful day of your life with a professional driver at your complete disposal. Latest arrivals are the timeless Volkswagen Beetleconvertiblewhite from 1973 and the beautiful blue Morris Minor convertible from 1958.

Fiat 500 D

Fiat 500 D Convertible, white, convertible, year 1964

Fiat 500 D Convertible, white, convertible, year 1964. Two doors. Four seats. air-cooled cc499 twin-cylinder engine power 17.5 hp top speed 95 km/h.
The first debut in 1957, in full economic miracle, for a classic that will remain in production until 1975.
In 1960 the 500 D arrived at a cost of 565 thousand lire, produced until 1965. A five-year period of great economic and political ferment: the Olympics are organized in Rome, Ferrero produces its first can of Nutella, John F. Kennedy is elected president of the United States.

Morris Minor Convertible

Morris Minor Convertible Blue, year 1958

Morris Minor Convertible Blue, year 1958.
Produced by Morris from 1928 to 1934 and from 1948 to 1971. The Minor was the first British car to reach one million units produced. In 1952 the Minor was updated and a new engine was fitted. The latter, designed by Austin, was in-line four-cylinder and had a displacement of 803 cm³. The power and torque delivered were, respectively, 30 hp at 4,800 rpm and 54 N-m at 2,400 rpm.

Piaggio Vespa 125 TS

Engine 1 cylinder horizontal 2-stroke 123.5 cc, 8 hp, 4-speed transmission, top speed 70km/h.
On 23 April 1946, Piaggio filed a patent in Florence for a "motorcycle with a rational complex of organs and elements with a chassis combined with mudguards and bonnet covering the entire mechanical part".
Success is immediate. And in the 1950s, the Vespa mania explodes. The Times speaks of "an entirely Italian product as they hadn't seen for centuries after the Roman chariot". It's so famous that it's used for the movie "Roman Holidays" entering definitively into the myth.

Fiat 1100

Fiat 1100 H Luxury called "rondinella", year 1960

It immediately enters the heart of the Italians. The advertisement reads: "Only one car, several versions available. Normal for those who are fascinated by the line, familiar for those who need space, fast tourism for those who can't give up speed. And which 1100 are you?"

Volkswagen Van

Volksvagen Van T1 Luxury, green, year 1972

Volksvagen Van T1 Luxury, green, year 1972 with panorama sunroof.
In the spring of 1947 a Dutch gentleman, Ben Pon, crossing a courtyard of the Volkswagen factories, was stunned by the sight of a very strange vehicle called Plattenwagen, a flat vehicle.
It was a beetle bed on which a driver's bench had been mounted at the rear. That rudimentary vehicle, designed by some worker to transport sheet metal panels from one side of the plant to the other, struck Mr. Ben's imagination, who immediately sketched out a few sketches. Thus was born, from a need of an ingenious worker, the mythical Volkswagen T1, destined to enter the myth.
